Fire Station Nursery N16
a community nursery for under-fives

Coming soon: more room for babies

With demand high for baby places, we’re moving our rooms around to make space for more babies. The additional spaces should be available from mid September.

Places will be available full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) or part-time by day, morning or afternoon. Our fees for under-2s are £200/week full time, £44/day, or £23/session (morning or afternoon)

We accept a wide range of childcare vouchers, offered by many employers.

Pre-school, toddler and baby places available from September

We still have several places available in our pre-school, toddler and baby rooms from September as some of our older children leave to start school and younger children move up through the nursery.

Our pre-school children enjoy a wide range of activities, including weekly drama classes, preparing them for school.

Places are available full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) or part-time by day, morning or afternoon.

Most over-3s are eligible for Nursery Education Funding (NEF) which means the first three sessions each week cost just £5 each per week, all through the year. Full time places are subsidised by the NEF payment and cost £145 / week.

We also accept a wide range of childcare vouchers, offered by many employers.
